1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Software License
Riveda Infosoft desktop software products (including Smart CA Communicator, Smart Bank Import Suite / TallyBridge, GST EasyMatch, PDF to Excel Converter, and Tally Society Connect) are licensed, not sold, to the end user under a one-time or subscription license as specified at the time of purchase.
- Each license permits installation and use on the number of computers specified in the license agreement
- License keys are non-transferable without written consent from Riveda Infosoft
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or redistributing the software without authorization is prohibited
- Software updates and support terms are as specified in the individual product license agreement
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers who purchase and use Riveda Infosoft software are responsible for:
- Maintaining their own Meta Business account, WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), and verified phone number when using Smart CA Communicator
- Ensuring all messaging recipients have provided appropriate consent (opt-in) before receiving WhatsApp Business messages
- Creating and maintaining Meta-approved message templates in their own WhatsApp Business account
- Paying WhatsApp conversation charges directly to Meta as per Meta's pricing and billing policies
- Securing their desktop computer, license keys, and API credentials
- Complying with applicable laws including data protection, taxation, and professional communication regulations
4. WhatsApp Usage Policy
Smart CA Communicator is designed for legitimate business communication by Chartered Accountants, tax professionals, and businesses with their own WhatsApp Business accounts. Customers agree that they will:
- Use the software only with their own WhatsApp Business account connected via Meta Embedded Signup
- Send messages only to contacts who have opted in to receive business communications
- Use Meta-approved message templates for outbound business-initiated messages as required by Meta
- Not use the software for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, phishing, or fraudulent communications
- Not use the software to collect Facebook user profile data or personal data beyond what is necessary for business messaging
5. Compliance with Meta Policies
Use of Smart CA Communicator and integration with the Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API is subject to Meta's terms and policies, including but not limited to:
- Meta WhatsApp Business Platform Terms of Service
- Meta WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy
- Meta Commerce Policy (where applicable)
- Meta Embedded Signup requirements and permission scopes
Riveda Infosoft is a software provider and Meta Tech Provider. Customers are independently responsible for their compliance with Meta policies. Riveda Infosoft may suspend software support if a customer violates Meta policies or these Terms of Use.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Riveda Infosoft software or services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) via WhatsApp or any other channel
- Harass, threaten, or deceive recipients
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Impersonate another person, business, or WhatsApp Business account
- Circumvent Meta API rate limits, security controls, or permission requirements
7. Website Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Riveda Infosoft's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
Under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
- Transfer the materials to another person
8. Disclaimer
The materials are provided on an 'as is' basis. Riveda Infosoft makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
9. Limitations
In no event shall Riveda Infosoft or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Riveda Infosoft's website.
10. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on Riveda Infosoft's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Riveda Infosoft does not warrant that any of the materials are accurate, complete, or current.
