Smart CA Communicator is a Windows desktop application developed by Riveda Infosoft, an accounting technology company. It helps Chartered Accountants, tax professionals, and businesses manage client communication efficiently through WhatsApp Business — while keeping every business asset under the customer's control.
The software connects to the Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API using Meta Embedded Signup. Each customer logs in with their own Meta Business account, grants permissions, and sends messages from their own verified WhatsApp Business phone number.
Smart CA Communicator is designed for legitimate business communication — reminders, document requests, compliance updates, and client service messages. It is not intended for unsolicited bulk messaging or spam.

The customer creates and owns their WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) through Meta.
Messages are sent from the customer's own verified business phone number.
Message templates are created, approved, and managed in the customer's Meta Business account.
The Meta Business account, Business ID, and associated assets belong to the customer.
WhatsApp conversation charges are billed directly by Meta to the customer — not by Riveda Infosoft.
Riveda Infosoft develops and licenses the desktop application. We do not operate WhatsApp accounts on behalf of customers.
Smart CA Communicator uses Meta Embedded Signup so customers connect their own WhatsApp Business account with full transparency.
API credentials and access tokens stored on the customer's desktop are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption.
The software does not collect Facebook user profile data. Only WhatsApp Business API identifiers required for messaging are stored locally.
Riveda Infosoft cannot access a customer's WhatsApp Business account without the customer completing Meta Embedded Signup and granting permissions.
Customers can revoke app permissions from Meta Business Settings or disconnect within the desktop application at any time.
